From taking University of Maryland's "Ice Cream Making Short Course," to working in a large ice cream chain, to scooping at a small mom & pop, Toby's experience runs the gamut. He made his first serious batch of ice cream in 1996, and has been at it ever since. Toby and Monina have owned and operated the storefront since 2008.
We thrive on building lasting relationships with our community: local youth sports teams, neighborhood ice cream socials, school fundraisers, Easter egg hunts. We're always looking for new ways to support, appreciate, and give back to our community!
